    Hi,

I am trying to clone my hard disk using clonezilla. The NAS Server is directly connected to the PC but it is not found using NFS.

When I run linux and I execute the same mount command than Clonezilla, I can connect to my NAS Server. Why is it not possible to connect to the server for the Backup using clonezilla?

I have tried different options, but they didn't work. Suggestions are welcomed!

    Thanks in advance
    Marcos

What's the option you have tried, and what are the error messages?

    Steven.

      Hi Steven,

I have a Synology NAS and I have tried a lot of times the NFS option but it fails everytime.

Have a look on the a screenshots of the attachments, there is the pics of the NAS configuration server and the execution log.

I can acces my NAS server normally (https://169.254.32.103:5001/webman/index.cgi) but when I use clonezilla, e.g. manually -> mount -t nfs 169.254.32.103:/volume1/backups/ /home/partimag
      it doesn't work neither :-(

      Suggestions are welcomed.

      Regards
      Marcos

"Network is unreachable" -> Apparently this is network issue.
Are you sure you have correctly configure the network settings for Clonezilla live, and your NAS server has not blocked the connection from your Clonezilla live machine?

    Steven.
