Hi, I have created two partitions images with saveparts option from my 16gb usb stick (sda1 fat32, sda2 ext4), but when restoring with restoreparts only one partition gets resrtored!

What can i do to fix this?

    Using clonezilla live 2012-01-27

Did you choose to restore 2 partitions?
If so, did you see any error messages?

    Steven.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    This is what i did.
    started clonezilla
    selected partimag device
    selected beginner mode
    selected restoreparts
    selected image to restore
    selected destination device

After that, the restoration process starts and completes ok, but there is only one partition in my device, and shoud be 2!

Here is the file list of the saved image folder
    clonezilla-img

Well, tryed one more time and this time wrote up the command line after starting recovery, and the command line params where missed the sdb2 statement. So the command ended in "…sdb1" and i thought that it should end in "… sdb1 sdb2", so manually ran the command by adding the sdb2 at the end and it worked!.

Thanks a lot my files are back!, rext time will use redo backup.

    Best regards!

Cool! Yes, it's easier to run command line if you know how.
So when you used TUI to select the destination parts, do remember to see the "*" is marked in the destination parts.

    Steven.
