Hello!
I'm fairly certain that CloneZilla is the best tool to u se for this migration, since the target array is larger than the source. Are there any other considerations I am not thinking about? The O.S. is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and the machine is a Domain Controller & file/print server.

Just do it, but backup important data before you use Clonezilla live. Just in case.
