This error only happens on novell suse. I dont know why, they told me to come here and ask for help because im using third party software.

This happens when i restore a computer from a image.

What's the /etc/fstab in your SuSE?
If it's using hard drive serial number, change to use UUID or LABEL. The hard drive serial number can not be cloned, but UUID or LABEL can.

Maybe the problem is on the initramfs? Is that possible you can try to extract /boot/initrd* and see if it's using hard drive serial number ?

If so, maybe you can regenerate the initrd?
