Using Clonezilla Jaunty and choosing defaults when I get to the source drive it is not listed. All my other drives are listed. Any suggestions.

  How about Clonezilla live 1.2.2-26 ? It comes with newer kernel 2.6.30-3, so maybe it will detect your source hard drive...
