Please describe which version of Clonezilla live, which type of boot media (CD, USB flash drive, PXE, hard drive?), and how you create such a Clonezilla live on the boot media...
Thanks.
Steven.

I am using version clonezilla-live-1.2.2-25. I am using a usb thmb drive to boot from. I made the bootable thumb drive by using Live USB Helper. Then restarted my computer with the thumb drive in it and choose in the boot sequence to boot from the usb drive first. This is where I am getting stuck.....thanks

Did you see any error messages when you run live helper ?
On the other hand, if you can, I suggest you can try to use the GNU/Linux environment to make your live USB flash drive. Maybe the results will be different.
