I have been attempting to clone my existing HDD that contains two partitions: an OS and a recovery partitions. I have encountered several problems as seen in my posts in this thread:

. Does anyone know if different HDD sector sizes (512k source - 4k target) will also pose a problem?

Yes, that could be a problem. So after you clone that, you need to tune the sector size.
