How can I use Clonezilla to migrate my Ubuntu server from Digital Ocean to Amazon Lightsail?

I have a few domains and apps installed on Ubuntu server on Digital Ocean droplet. I would like to migrate the whole server to AWS Lightsail. How can I do it with Clonezilla?

Actually I am not familiar with AWS Lightsail. However, if you can boot the OS of the block device on AWS Lightsail, then you can follow the step-by-step docs here:

to save the image and restore it on AWS.
