How will I know if the cloning of 2 local hard drives is in progress?

I ended in the checking /dev/sda1 success then.. nothing appears after that in few minutes.. not even the hard drive LED in my PC box blinks.

  Something went wrong there. Normally Clonezilla should show some info, e.g. rate, estimated time, elapsed time...
  Maybe the file system integrity is broken ? Which file system did you clone ?
