    Good afternoon
I would like some recommendation to see if it is feasible to perform this backup process with Clonezilla.

I have a 2 TB SSD where 2 operating systems (Win 10 / Win 11) will be installed.
We need to have a recovery image of both partitions with both operating systems.
My doubt is if it is necessary to make an image to clone ALL the disk, will there be an option to NOT clone the empty disk space?
Or would it be better to make 2 images for each OS? And again find a way to avoid that the image contains a copy of the unused empty space, (to avoid having a 2 TB backup image) (Since a freshly installed and ready OS obviously does not takes up 1 TB, but about... 50 gb, maybe?)

I comment that I have little experience with clonezilla specifically, and have only used some paid and older clone and backup solutions, but never to have to back up the full 2 TB of a modern SSD drive

Comments and recommendations would be appreciated

"will there be an option to NOT clone the empty disk space?" -> By default, Clonezilla will NOT save or clone the empty disk space (unused blocks) since the NTFS or FAT is supported by the file system engine "Partclone".
I suggest you image a whole disk, and just one image.
