I desperately need help, here was the original setup:
Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2, 3 HDD's on one RAID-5 Array (so appeared as one physical disk), 2 partitions C: (10GB) and E: (140GB)…
C: drive ran out of space so I added a 1TB HDD on a second Array as a Volume disk (no RAID redundancy or mirroring), cloned the C: drive (where Windows Server 2003 was installed) to an external USB hard drive, then wiped RAID Array 1 (the one with 3 HDD's), created a single C: partition (150GB), restored the C: image… It won't boot.
I'm very lost now, don't have much experience with Linux, and can't figure out what to do next… Any help please?

As mentioned on clonezilla.org, RAID is not fully supported by Clonezilla.
