I'm using a Yumi created Mint 16 Cinnamon install on a 16GB thumbdrive (with a 4GB persistent partition on the thumbdrive) to boot and clone and repair a Dell Inspiron 620 box which has a jacked up Win7 install; and this works fine and allows me to see and mount and browse the Dell's internal drive and any attached usb drives/etc.
After I Live-USB booted into Mint I used apt-get to install Clonezilla, which seemed to install fine, after which I ran Clonezilla and tried to save an image of the Dell's 1TB internal drive (sda1,sda2,sda3, where sda3 is the C drive) to the root dir of an external 2TB ub3 drive which has some data on it but has 1.7TB free space.
However, near the end of Clonezilla's Save Image process I'm getting errors at the end of the process where it says "failed to save partition" for sda1, sda2, and sda3.
Ideas / suggestions?
Thanks.
