Indeed, after restoring a backup made with Clonezilla AMD64 version of alternative (Ubuntu-based) Clonezilla livewith bootable iso on my Crucial SSD MX100, I see a 400 MB unallocated space is about to be created other partitions (partitions UEFI , Windows ...).
But I do not have the memory of having seen it after fresh install of Windows 8.1 64-bit on the SSD.
For a better understanding:
Send us your screenshot as an attachment (yours old one couldn't be opened)
Make with 'gparted live' for /dev/sda1 information a screenshot
(first sector 2048 should be for alignment) and as an attachment.
Send us the blkdev.list of the image as an attachment.
