CentOS 6.2 uses grub1 on ext4 partition by default. The unpatched grub1 from Debian does not support grub1 on ext4. Therefore please use Ubuntu-based Clonezilla live to restore that.

After a successful cloning of a CentOS6.2 image when it gets to the part of installing grub it appears to hang.
I can reboot the system and the newly cloned drive works just fine but this prevents the use of the single image to multiple hard drives feature.
