Is it possible to hide the kernel and init text output during Clonezilla live startup behind a splash screen, or otherwise prevent their display? I'm working on a Windows-based embedded system, setting up a "restore to factory defaults" facility based on Clonezilla running from hard disk, and I'm trying to make it prettier for the users. It works really well, and uses the Grub2 bootloader. I've got a splash screen working for Grub2, but this goes away when the Debian Live kernel starts up. I've got the kernel on "quiet", but I still get some output from init, and I'd like to minimize that if possible.

Did you try Clonezilla live alternative stable releases, i.e. 20150217-utopic on

?
