I have multiple images on a 250G External Hardrive. When i use clonezill to image a specifice pc with one of the foler/images i get the error destination disk to small. My Hardrive in the PC is 160G but the image file/folder is 16G. Why is it trying to use the whole 250g? Please help

The new partitions should be equal or greater than the old one.
Look for the 'blkdev.list' in your image.
