Basically you can only choose reiserfs for you /tftpboot partition if you use an extra partition for that.
In my experience, it's about DRBL, no big difference for Clonezila, I guess.

Is anyone using ReiserFS? I read on the DRBL site that they recommend ReiserFS for improved performance.
Would I choose ReiserFS for my root partition as well as /home (where images are stored)?
I'm running Ubuntu w/ ext3 and wondering if I would see any gains from switching.
