So did you see any error messages when creating the swap partition? Normally it will run something like:
Finding swap partition(s) in MBR table /home/partimag/xenial-x86-20171202-zst/sda-pt.sf...
Creating swap partition /dev/sda5...
Found the swap partition /dev/sda5 info in the image dir, create it by:
mkswap -U 608815fc-c140-43ea-99a4-f4f49f18582c /dev/sda5
Setting up swapspace version 1, size = 1022 MiB (1071640576 bytes)
no label, UUID=608815fc-c140-43ea-99a4-f4f49f18582c

Where do i find the log ?
I have attached two images of gnome-disk-utility 3.26.2
UDisks 2.7.5 (built against 2.7.3) as you can see in the first image swap partition became unknown volume & everytime i boot a start job runs for 1min 30 sec i guess it is trying to fix the damage done by clonezilla after restoring the disk in the second image you see how the disk is prior restoration.
@Steven Shiau i found what was the problem, my ssd desnt like ext4 file system and when clonezilla checks file system prior backup or restoration (cant remember exactly) always finds something wrong with the filesystem.

Thanks. Which version of Clonezilla live did you use?
Have you tried newer testing Clonezilla live, like 2.5.6-12? https://clonezilla.org/downloads.php

Clonezilla fails to restore disk properly, on my SSD after restoration the swap partition looses the flag swap becoming unformated volume.
I have tried:
clonezilla-live-2.5.2-31-amd64.iso
clonezilla-live-20170905-zesty-amd64.iso
clonezilla-live-20160210-wily-amd64.iso
Can someone explain me why this is happening ?

The log file is in /var/log/clonezilla.org. Or you can take a photo about the output on the screen by scrolling back the screen by shift-pageup.
