First off let me say that Clonezilla has made my job much much easier. I've created complete USB drives updating remote XP machines to 7. I've built a CloneZilla SE and it works great.
My hiccup is when restoring a partition to a drive. I updated the image and saved it back to my Clonezilla server. Now when I cone machines, the partition doesn't take the entire space of the disk…for example. I updated the image on an 80gb partition but when I image down to a 160 gb partition it only restores the 80 gb partition.
My old image used to extend to the other drive. Can someone help my by explaining what I need to do or which step am doing wrong?

You can resize the new partition (160 GB) with 'gparted-live-0.14.1-6-i486' .
You can enter expert mode, and check the option "-k1":
