I've used CZ successfully for many backups. Got stumped today.
Brand new (today), never before booted to Windows Dell 7567 with the 512GB M.2 SSD. Fairly new CZ Live, I'm not sure how to get the exact version from the command line (Looked at /etc/motd but there's nothing there) but uname -a says Debian 4.9.6-3
ls /dev/sd*
shows only sda which is the USB stick.
I shut off Secure boot - still no luck
Goal is to save the SSD in its entirety before permitting Win10 to boot the first time.

Lots of reading - I believe that I got it to work. I am not sure if all of this is required but doing all of it worked: Disable Secure Boot Boot Sequence->Boot Sequence only have USB Storage Drive checked Boot Sequence->Boot List Option-> Legacy Advanced Boot Options->Enable Legacy Option ROMs System Configureation->SATA Operation->AHCI (Was RAID) Select /dev/nvme0n1 to back up
Note that Factory Settings does not put everything back, you need to do some of it manually.
