Hi, having some problems with my system drive, 1TB SSD and trying to clone it as an image so that when the replacement comes I can restore from the image and don't have to reinstall everything. I've booted clonezilla from a usb flash drive, gotten through most steps, identifying the destination drive/folder, but when it comes to identifying the source drive (my system drive), it isn't showing in the list of scanned devices. When it goes through checking what drives are available (previously, when selecting destination drive for the image) it does say "excluding busy partition or disk..." and the system drive isn't showing, so is it possibly busy and is there something I can do to fix this? It doesn't show there, and then doesn't show up in the savedisk "choose local disk as source" menu either. The drive does show in the bios as an option when booting (picking boot drive), so not sure why it wouldn't show here in clonezilla. thanks for your help with this.

Mabye the issue is on the Linux kernel does not support your hardware so that the disk or partitions are not detected?
Are you able to find them in /proc/partitions?
Did you try to use newer Clonezilla live, like 2.5.4-5 or 20171115-* in the testing branch?
    http://clonezilla.org/downloads.php
They come with newer Linux kernel so it might support your hardware better.
