Buffer I/O error on device

I try to save as image my system partition, unfortunately aven after chkdsk /f I got this error, how to manage?

Bad sectors in windows perhaps.

Go to the commandline in windows (start > run)
- chkdsk g: /f /r or so.
It will be repaired (/r).

With a start of windows could be displayed
'hardware found, restart necessary'

-start clonezilla

or use
'sysresccd'
