I've got a windows 2008R2 setup with bios MBR partitions. It is 500GB. I need to image it onto several systems some being over 2TB. For the >2TB systems, I run into the issue that windows requires 2TB partitions to be using GPT.
It took a while to get the OS setup right so I don't want to have to redo the OS. How can I convert this setup?

Clonezilla won't be able to do this for you directly. However, there is a chance you can clone partitions and create the boot mechanism for your system.
Or you can follow the tech notes provided by MS to convert the existing MBR disk to uEFI: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/14286.converting-windows-bios-installation-to-uefi.aspx
Then use Clonezilla to clone that to new disk. Later you can use GParted live to resize the partitions on the new disk.
