I must do a disc to disc clone. The disc has 4 parts, FAT32, NTFS, EXT3 and swap. Source disc is Toshiba 160 Gb and target disc is WD 160Gb too. The boot is grub. I clone with 1.2.2-26 and all appear to be ok but when the clone finish windows is not able to boot; blue screen. Any suggestión in order to solve it? must i use any switch?

Different brand of hard drive should be OK. Both of Linux and Windows should work.
Maybe you can try to use the rescue disk of MS windows to fix your windows boot.
To avoid this, first we need more info so we can try to reproduce the problem here.

Did you see any error messages when cloning ?

No, all appear to be ok. Different bran´s could be the problem? Could linux or windows don´t boot if we change the brand of the disc?
