    Hello all.
This is likely a really simple issue.
I have downloaded, created a live cd, started the system, gone through the initial selection items and I get to the point where: it asks me to choose the source partition.
I can't seem to find a way to get the source partition selected.

    The details:

I am trying to back up the C: partition of an XP install with NTFS format.
There is one hard drive partitions into 3 with a chunk not allocated to any partition.
    The partitions are c: or hda1- 21G, d drive hda5 - 21G, e drive or hda6 - 56G.
The C drive has 21G of space allocated where there is only about 3 gig used.
I am trying to backup the partition to another partition on the drive.  The backup partition is ntfs formatted and  has 56G of space.

    The steps I have done:
Started the system and the Clonezilla starts.
    Select VGA mode 1024x768.
    Select En_us as the language.
Selected the default console- data- keymap.- don't touch this.
    Start Clonezilla Start CloneZilla.
    Then selected Device+Mag disk/partition to/from
Mount Clonezila image directory - local_dev
    Enter
    Mount a device as /home/partimage
Selected hda6 the 56.6 gb ntfs partition.
Then I get the message "Mounting NTFS is experimental ... continue?
Enter to continue.  I hit enter.
Choose the mode - save parts
    -q priority NTFS clone ..
client waits for confirmaton before cloning
    -z use gzip for compression
input a name to save the image.  I entered CPartCleanNewInstall2008-07-12-22-img
    Choose source partition.
It is at this point it offers to options to select
    HDA1 - my c drive or
HDA5 - another partition on the drive.

I can't seem to select hda1.  There is a little selection box but I can't seem to get it to be selected.  What needs to be done at this point?

    Thanks for your help.

You have to press "space" key to mark the partition(s) you want to save. This hit is shown in the beginning of start clonezilla.

      Thank you very much.
Just triggered the image now and it's working fine.
I thought it would be simple.
