I am currently using a 1500GB Seagate hd which is starting to go bad. There are several partitions on it.
A. 0: 200MB hidden partition \ 1: 92.96GB boot \ 2: 46.58GB data \ 3: 139.73GB data \ 4: 232.88GB programs \
5: 186.31GB data \ 6: 698.61GB data
I am planning on cloning it to two hd
B. 120GB ssd OCZ Agility 3
C. 3000GB Seagate Barracuda
where A0 and A1 will be cloned to B and A2,A3,A4,A5 & A6 will be cloned to C.
Questions:
1. Is there anything that I need to do to prepare ssd B as a boot disk.
2. Would it be better if I partitioned B first since I am planning to keep the clone of A0 the same size while having the clone
of A1 fill B completely.
3. If I partitioned C into six partitions, C1,C2,C3,C4,C5 &C6 where (C1>A2),(C2>A3),(C3>A4),(C4>A5) & (C5>A6), then
would cloning these partitions be a simple matter of using the expert switch -k1 or would there be something else that I
must do.

As for the boot mechanism, it will depends on the OS, and you have to tune some system files in your OS. This is definitely a tough task!
//NOTE// Remember to backup important data before you use Clonezilla. Just in case.

For this kind of case, Clonezilla could only help you clone the data using "part_to_local_part":
