We have a server set-up running clonezilla drbl and use it to image our machines. It was running ubuntu 12.04 and was working fine and were able to get around 4gb/min over 10 machines at a time on multicast. Then yesterday we started getting failures durring the clone. So I updated our ubuntu and the was a drbl update with it. After the update we were getting around 800mb/min in multicast. So I I pulled out a new machine and did a fresh install of 13.04 and we are still getting about 800mb/min.
So I assume it is a update issue because we tried new hardware and putting the pc on its own switch. I also saw the FAQ and tried all the options but no luck. I would assume that it has to do with a kernel issue.
If anyone had this issue or something similar it would be great to hear how you fixed it because we have 250 machines to image but at a rate of 5 per hour.

So are you sure it's not a hardware issue?
If not, how about giving this mode a try:
