I have backed up an HP laptop with CloneZilla 3 years ago and now I can't boot to the CloneZilla disc to run a restore of the backup. I have tried multiple version of CloneZilla & both media (USB & CD).
This is the message I get. "Selected boot image did not Authenticate. Press Enter to Continue.

Which version of Clonezilla live did you use? Have you tried the latest Clonezilla live? E.g., 3.1.0-22: https://clonezilla.org/downloads.php
Or you can try to disable the secure boot in your BIOS.

Using the newest version of CloneZilla fixed the issue! Thanks.
Why can't I use the old version though?
Did something update in Windows the rendered it useless to that system or something?
Just curious.

I think it's because your new hardware's secure boot does not accept the secure boot key in the older version of Clonezilla live.
