I'm getting random errors when cloning the source. They'recomingupalwaysonsda3.
There's no reported error in the cloning process itself. The errors are coming up on the image if I check it after the cloning proccess is complete.How do I turn on some level of logging to see what is going on and can properly report it?

You did not menthioned too much about how you use Clonezilla. It would be better to give more details about the steps you have done.
Anyway, first you should try to run memtest on your machine. It might be hardware issue, especially about the RAM.
