I've just clonned my Mac HD to a new SSD HD, the clone process has been OK, but when I start the Mac with the new SSD, I receive the Prohibited Signal, and I can't boot with it. Any suggestion?

Not sure if this is due to your Mac OS does have the drive to support the SSD, or you might need to enter the Disk Utility (e.g. press command-r when booting) to verify/repair your disk.
