I have a backup image that verifies correctly but fails to restore with CRC errors.
Ran memtest+ overnight, no problems.
Ran seagate test on disk, no problems.
Verified image from a remote depot and then from a second disk, image is restorable.
Restoring from the depot or from the local dev fails.
Not sure where to look next.

Very weird… How come it's verified but failed to write with CRC error.
Basically when it's verified, the mechanism is the same with writing. The only difference is when verifying, the data is not written to disk…
Could you verify the image on the same machine, not remotely?

or crc error not from partclone?
