    Hello everybody,

    first of all I want to thank the developers for such a fantastic tool like Clonezilla.

    But I have some problems at restoring my triboot system of Win7, Mint and Ubuntu

    Here is the way how I have created everything:

    Gparted:

    Partition | Filesystem | Size | Flags
    /dev/sda1 ntfs 63,48 GB boot
    /dev/sda2 extended 169,41 GB
    /dev/sda5 linux-swap 11,72 GB
    /dev/sda6 ext4 117,32 GB
    /dev/sda7 ext4 40,37 GB

    Installation process:
    1)I installed Win7
    2)I installed Mint 17 Cinnamon
    3)I installed Ubuntu 14.04

    **Then I cloned everything with Clonezilla: **
    During the cloning process it recognized all three OS, it was cloned in 3 steps (every single partition)

    When I try to restore I do the following:
    ClonezillaLive ->Start Clonezilla
    ->device-mage ->local_dev ->sdd1(my_USB) ->Top_directory
    ->Beginner mode ->restoredisk ->My_Image_File ->My_SSD_destination

    It seems to restore every single partition, 1xNTFS (Win) and 2x EXTFS. And it shows the correct /dev letters for each partition

    Here is the gparted output I get after the restoring has completed:
    http://abload.de/image.php?img=bildschirmfotovom2014vfx9t.png
    You can see that all three OS partitions have space being used. But the linux swap partition is not being recognized :(

    **The results after "restoring": **
    I can only access Windows 7 and Linux Mint. Ubuntu is missing in the Grub bootup screen
    Furthermore gparted tells me that the previous linux-swap is not being recognized.

    I can not explain myself why I cant access Ubuntu after restoring the disk and I dont know how to fix this. Maybe i need to go to the expert options in Clonezilla and choose some specific configuration?

    Thanks in advance for any kind of help =)

    'saveparts' (3x) and then 'restoredisk' an unusual way

    with the image files
    disk:sda (your edit ?)
    parts:sda1 (or parts:sda6 , parts:sda7)

    Try it now once more with 'restoredisk'
    disk: sda
    parts: sda7 #ubuntu 14.04

    or
    in this case make a one disk image in one external drive with all the files in it
    and with the additional files:
    disk: sda
    parts: sda1 sda6 sda7

    Good luck!
