I have a problem. I has create a disk image (or parts, i don't remember).
In my server I see the folder contains all files (sda1.ntfs-ptcl-img.gz.aa, sda1.ntfs-ptcl-img.gz.ab, sda1.ntfs-ptcl-img.gz.ac ...etc...). The data take 74Go.
But when I try to restore it, I don't see this folder with restoreimage or restoreparts.
How I can restore it differently?
Thank you for your help (and sorry for my english)
Best regards,

When I choose restoredisk or restoreparts, I don't see the folder which contains the image.
So I don't have an error because I can't launch the restore.
However, I see the other folders, just one that I don't see in the list.
Today I test partclone ... I hope that it will work with this ...

I'm despair, partclone.restore doesn't work :-(
I have 2 partitions with the good size but there are not in NTFS, it's RAW. Impossible to read data in Ubuntu and in Windows :-(
Nobody have a solution?

"when I try to restore it, I don't see this folder with restoreimage or restoreparts." -> Make sure the images are in /home/partimag/. This is the place which Clonezilla will read its image files. If no image files exist, then no "restoredisk" and "restoreparts" options.

A short answer:
'restoredisk' only if you have used 'savedisk' before
and
'restoreparts' only if you have used 'saveparts' before.
And how about with your 'append ..' line ?

Look for your old 'append ...' line for saving image !
For restoring image is it necessary to use
the same symbolic link 'ln -s ...' .
Or
use the different partitions for clonezilla and your repository.
Or
use a separate USB stick or [micro] flash card for clonezilla.

Where I can find 'append..." line?
With CloneZilla, I use the graphic interface, so, I can choose 'ln -s' in the options?
Thank a lot

Steven.
In my server we have all folders visible, so, files exist.
Too bad, I drop this problem, too much time moves to try to repair this. :-(
I meant in the client site you have to make sure the files exist in the mounted /home/partimag/. Not to check on the server side.
Anyway...
Steven.
