I try to clone a hd (Win 64XP, ntfs) with bad sectors but I get an error like the command '-ignore-bitmap-check' doesn't exist (any more?).
I selected ntfsclone.
don't know if it's helpfull, but that's the command:
/opt/drbl/sbin/ocs-sr -q -c -j2 -rm-win-swap-hip -ntfs-ok -recue -z2p -i 2000 -p true savedisk 2010-10-10_clone sda
clonezilla version: 1.2.6-24

Thanks for the bug report. Apparently the ntfsclone on Debian does not support "-ignore-bitmap-check".
Did you try to use partclone with -rescue option?
Steven.

thanks for the response.
Tried it with the rescue option but I'm getting a loop. External hd to save the clone shows no activity and after a while it switches to the next partition.
The hd is already pretty messed up though the System still works!

How do I get a clone?
Need to replace the hd.

Is there any else you need to know? After I interrupted the last attempt I saved the log files.
I suggest to try the command dd_rescue or ddrescue in the Clonezilla live.
Steven.
Too late.
Took a very old image I still had.
Thanks anyway!
