Hi,
I have never used Clonezilla and do not know very much about it or how to use it yet, but I would like some advice, please, for when I have read up how to use it:
My desktop machine has two hard drives (HD) one contains Windows 7 and the other contains Ubuntu and Manjaro.
I would like to replace the two HDs, which are getting old, with a new higher capacity HD and what I would like to know is whether Clonzilla could take the contents of both drives, which have different file systems, and transfer them to the new HD in one operation; or would I have to do each HD separately and create the appropriate partitions on the new HD?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
"would I have to do each HD separately and create the appropriate partitions on the new HD?" -> Only this, and you could use "partition to local partition" to clone that.
After all the partitions are cloned, you have to deal with your boot loader, and the /etc/fstab of your Linux system.
//NOTE// Backup important data before you use Clonezilla. Just in case.
Steven.
