The "-k1" and "-icds" options do not always work. It only works when the used blocks are within the partition boundary. This is the limitation of block-based program. It's not as flexible as that of file-based program.

Well, you are able to use GParted live (https://gparted.org) to resize the source partitioin, then do a partition to partition cloning.
However, you have to create the partition table in the destination disk first, and after the cloning, you have to deal with the boot loader manually.

Hello.
I have:
1. flash 8gb with clonezilla(last version)
2. Flash 8gb with centOS image
3. Machine with ssd 120gb
I try restore image to ssd.
I use expert mode, use '-icds', use '-k1', but I get the error - disk is a small, no space left... etc.
