Can someone help me find a quick SIMPLE way to copy/clone my 40 gb hd onto a new 80 gb hd that I just bought (for my laptop). I have all the hardware issues under control, just need cloning app. I am not very tech savvy & don't really understand what I was reading about clonezilla or ghost. I just want to clone hard drive c: onto d: & then pull c: out (its the 40gb) & boot up on the "new" c: (the 80gb)

For the time being, when you clone 40 GB disk to 80 GB disk, only 40 GB will be allocated in the target disk. You can use other tools to resize the partitions of target disk. Check here for more details:
      http://drbl.sourceforge.net/faq/index.php#path=./2_System&entry=26_resize.faq
We are working on smaller disk to larger disk clone. It should be released very soon.
OK, what you have to do is follow this:
      http://www.clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live/#use
You can chose "device-device" clone -> "disk_to_local_disk", then follow the dialog to do that.
