Can clonezilla backup different machines at the same time and eventually generate different image files? Similarly, can it restore from different image files to the responding machines at the same time? For example: Clone hosts A, B, and C at the same time, generating imageA, imageB, and imageC files respectively; Recover host HostX from imageX respectively.

    1. Follow the following to install DRBL (Clonezilla SE)
      https://drbl.org/installation/

    2. Once it's done, you can run:
      sudo dcs
to choose "clonezilla-start", and you can choose the client machine based on its IP address. Assign it, then you should be able to make them to save or restore an image.

Following your hint, if I want to backup or restore different images for different clients, I need to select the images to be backed up or restored on the client side. Can I do this directly on the server side? Or is there a way to automatically select the mirrors after the client is started, instead of having to select them manually?

For DRBL (Clonezilla SE), you can assign that on the server. I suggest you use virtual machine to try Clonezilla SE first. Then you will realize.
