I have a Dual Boot system Windows 10 Pro/ Linux Mint
After completing cloning, Linux starts fine, but when I try to start Windows, I get a message that windows is trying to repair and eventually it tells me that it was not able to repair.
Cloning:
1TB Segate Hard Drive
to
1TB WD Blue 3D NAND SSD

You might need to have the driver on Windows 10 to work with the SSD device.
