I do not think there is such a tool existing for converting Clonezilla image to Open Virtualization Format. However, you definitely could create a virtual machine, then boot Clonezilla live to restore the image to the virtual hard drive.

Ok can you please put up instructions on how to do that in VirtualBox because the instructions I have followed never work.
And can you please please make a way to get clonezilla to produce ovf format.
