Hi,
in clonezilla-live-3.2.1-9-amd64.iso (to RAM) the 105 key keyboard with german layout - german - E1
the small "f" did not work for me. Kapital "F" and special characters like "ä","ö","ü" were working correctly however.

We use the package from our upstream, i.e., Debian or Ubuntu Linux.
It would be better if you can help us by reporting this issue to Debian Linux:
