#404 No name resolution when netbooting CloneZilla over iPXE

Hi experts,

I was wondering why I suddently got "Temporary failure in name resolution" message when trying to mount a remote source.
I then found out, that /etcv/resolv.conf is pointing to "../run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf", that simply does not exist.
Furthermore the whole directory /run/systemd/resolve" does not exist.

I booted CloneZilla over iPXE with the parameters mentioned here:
https://clonezilla.org/livepxe.php

Tested with: 20230223-kinetic, 20221103-kinetic

Hi Steven,

version 3.0.3-22 does not show this issue. There "/etc/resolv.conf" is a file, not a symlink.
