I physically put the SSD at 0 on the motherboard.
But my computer is an Intel 4th gen model... it's a bit outdated.
The BIOS doesn't seem to recognize the SSD.
That said.. I have never had Windows 10~11 boot up twisted or not working.
However. clonezilla os often misinterprets the boot order.
It's a little uncomfortable.
My computer is old and it's a problem, but I'll just give feedback.
Actually, it's my SSD problem, but for an unstable SSD user like me...
I can't say it's a bug, but please give me feedback.
thank you.
So I repeated the boot several times...
Boot the computer repeatedly until the SSD hard drive becomes sda.
Inconvenience..
As I said before, Windows doesn't have this kind of error.

There is no good solution for a live system to make its block device names persistent.
Steven
Thank you for answer.
Is this a new feature?.
I hope this problem can be solved with a new idea? Haha.. (my nonsense)
For example, applying a feature bug. haha
Some kind of hack. haha.
Because users use it by hacking if it is inconvenient.
to remodel.
It's just... my stupid idea.
For kernel developers::... I wish users had a choice too.
I recently got kicked out because of Google Translate. I don't speak English. Please understand. I'm sorry. stackoverflow (permanent expulsion.)

Yes, I hope there is a good way to make block (SCSI) device have persistent name.
For NVME device, actually there is no this kind of issue.
