I'm booting under UEFI, linux should be able to get the UTC time & timezone info correctly from UEFI per UEFI spec on time services and set its time to correct UTC time.

Does Clonezilla live 20200703-focal have same issue?

Do you know any package in GNU/Linux read the timezone setting in the BIOS?
If so, then this request can be done.
    Thanks.
