from a HDD with 7 partitions and LVM i selected to created disk 2 image, and selected the option to generate md5 for all files, i belive there is a bug in there because that archive does not exists but

Thanks for this bug report. For the moment Clonezilla does have issue to check the files in LV. Will fix it recently.
