I've tested both stable(live-1.2.12-46) and daily-live-20120326 64bits to clone ubuntu 12.04 64bits from dell latitude E5520 setup with EFI
all the resultant machines dont have the swap properly setup on fstab, and requires me to boot the machine and fix the UID

How did you install Ubuntu 12.04 64bits?
Please tell us more about the steps, and how you clone that, in very details so that we can reproduce the problem here.
