Installation

  1. Unzip into a folder on hard drive
  2. Run the EXE file

Operation

A working day contains one or more working periods, each one starts with a CHECK IN and ends with a CHECK OUT.
Run Clock-Wise at the beginning of each working period, create a link to Clock-Wise on Windows startup to start automatically.
Execute CHECK OUT before exiting, to ensure this working period is counted!
Hold down the left mouse button to move main window to a new location on screen, saved automatically.
Double click on main window to minimize it to the tray. Clicking the tray icon will restore the main window.
Click the right mouse button to start the popup menu comprising the following:

Report: displays daily and monthly total working hours, with the average working hours per day

Expected daily working hours and periods are editable. Double click to edit, 'Delete' to delete a period.
To add a period in a new day, select a day in the 'Add day' combo.
Select another month with the up/down arrows or from the selection at the bottom.

Settings: change the following settings

Determine sound notifications for different events.
New in v2.0.9: different working hours may be configured for specific days of week.
Daily/Monthly totals can be absolute (accumulative) or relative to the expected working time.

Calendar: shows a small calendar and current time with seconds.
Resize: switches from full main window to half-sized window (only date and time).
Help & About: shows version and general info.
Exit

CHECK OUT & Shut down: checks out and shut downs the PC.
CHECK OUT & Lock: checks out and locks the PC. Unlock will CHECK IN automatically.
CHECK OUT: checks out and exit.
Close: closes without checking out. This period is not counted until CHECK OUT or manually edited.
