Ray, to have your rcs history in the cvs repository, I suggest the following: 1. you create the directory (via the "cvs add" command) and check in the files (if you think you must use "cvs import", please get the CVS tarball (see the clocc homepage for the link) and try it first locally.) now wait for the cvs tarball to be updated for your change 2. ask for a check-in moratorium on clocc-devel, get the cvs tarball, replace the *,v files with the ones from your RCS, copy the new tarball to shell1.sourceforge.net:/home/groups/ftp/pub/clocc ask sourceforge to put the tarball in place ("support request") wait for it being done, check if it was done correctly, ask them to fix any problem (like untarring in the wrong directory)... 3. terminate the moratorium by either checking something in or sending e-mail to clocc-devel. Sam. [I still have e-mail problems - we have MAPI only, I cannot send e-mail from emacs &c. Sorry if I am slow to respond - don't hesitate to send a message again if you think I lost it.] ____________________________________________________________________ Get free email and a permanent address at http://www.amexmail.com/?A=1 |
