A general introduction to CLOCC

Dear List members,
May be it is just me, but I can't find a documentation that describes =
the different parts of CLOCC, what is the purpose of them or what can be =
done with them. I really think this is a must for any newbie, and common =
lisp needs newbies to thrive, or else all that the gurus have worked for =
will be lost down the road.=20
I'm composing a journal in this regard and appreciate any help or =
suggestion
