#54 PORT install fails

The install instructions on the PORT web page don't work for me:

~/Downloads/port$ ls
ChangeLog ext.lisp gray.lisp path.lisp port.list proc.lisp sys.lisp
Makefile extra net.lisp port.html port.system shell.lisp
~/Downloads/port$ make system
Makefile:7: /Users/dr/clocc.mk: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `/Users/dr/clocc.mk'. Stop.

FYI:
~/Downloads/port$ echo $TOP

edit makefile to point to clocc.mk or use hg clone to get the whole clocc repo.
